Ok this place is a little hidden gem in gaztambide. We went coz the ratings were so high but as we walked past it we weren’t sure: simple decor but not fancy-essential, friendly owner but not overly friendly… What to do? We walked in! We got two gin and tonics who were really good and clearly made with the care of a seasoned barman, not by someone simply pouring gin and tonic water in a glass. GREAT touch! The two ramens are absolutely delicious and every element was so perfectly executed and blended with the dish, while maintaining its identity that we were simply swept off our feet! Amazing find, absolutely recommend!! Food was delicious, the best chicken katsu we've had outside Japan. Also the dorayaki was fantastic! Dishes feel super genuine and true to the originals which is sometimes hard to find. The place was spotless, super clean and well mantained, the ac was cool and comfortable despite the extreme heat outside. The person who served us (owner?) was very polite and friendly. The place has quite many tables, the design is simple and clear with small details. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The dishes we ordered were really delicious, especially Okonomiyaki and Nigiri Salmón Aburi were my favorites. We really enjoyed the food there, it is not like a lot of Korean or japanese restaurants be opened by Chinese owner which the flavor is not accurate. This place just opened less than 3 months, we will definitely come back...
