Nice place to have some social board gaming. It is in the basement though, and it might deter a few. But I have been there several times, and I'm still safe and healthy. Some times it can get noisy, but that's part of the communal gaming experience. They charge 2€ for attending the events, but you can use that for buying snacks or drinks in the shop, or you have an option to save your money and spend it to buy board games from the shop, so a win win...

I am an international buyer and my buying experience here with this store is 10/10. Their website is phenomenal to use, they have a WIDE selection of products and best of all the experience for international buyers is the best I've ever had. Usually, there is headache with getting everything set up to ship internationally but this isn't their first rodeo. They know what they are doing. 10/10 will purchase...

Mala experiencia con la atencion al cliente, acudi para comprar un funko para un regalo de cumpleaños. Después tuve que realizar un cambio del producto y cuando fui a cambiarlo recibí la respuesta de "no, por que la esquina de la caja esta al abollada" .En ningun caso se ha dado alguna otra alternativa puesto que, nunca y menos a mala fe (es un regalo y lo mantuve en buenas condiciones) dañé el producto. Lo que no hice fue fijarme yo previamente a la hora de comprar si la caja del juguete estaba en buenas condiciones ya que en lo que si habia mantenido cuidado era en la figura e inclusó la cambié por otra antes de comprarla por que tenia una pequeña imperfección(se lo dije al dependiente) y el la dejó de nuevo en su sitio.Quizas si no lo hubiera visto hubiese comprado una figura defectuosa. Todos cometemos fallos a veces pero no siempre deben ser imputables al consumidor. Mantendria mayor atencion en si no hay mas funkos defectuosos y en cuidar estas posibles ocasiones en las que el consumidor no del todo tiene por que ser el responsable siempre.
