Moe — Restaurant in Madrid

We have recently been there for a drink and I have to say that I have seldom met such an impolite person like the waitress in charge of the bar that night.

We were asking for a drink one hour and a half before the closure of the bar. We were talking to the waiter (super nice and very friendly) and he started to prepare the drinks that we ordered when the waitress (I guess she was also the person in charge) came and told him off not to serve us anything else or to anybody because she wanted to go home early that day and close the bar soon. That's pretty fair if she is the owner and has the authority for that but she started to scream to us that none would get a drink because she was tired and wanted to go home earlier... unbelievable... honestly we just ignored her... there is not much you can discuss with people that are already in such an emotional state. She seemed to be a very psychologically unbalanced person.

At the end, we just stayed in the bar, it was kind of a surreal situation because they closed at the normal time, we were just there having fun, like the rest of the other guests, but nobody could have any drink... except the staff... they started to have one after another one while the guests were not allowed... I guess you should review the business model that you want for your bar and also the skills of the people...
