We came here looking to try out a higher end menu del dia and we were not disappointed. Due to an allergy, they started us out with a hummus trilogy which was flavorful, fresh and inventive. As a first course, we both ordered the boqueron and endive salad which was refreshing and satisfying. As a main course, we went for the pork tenderloin with mashed potatoes and carrot saffron puree. This main course was comforting and satisfying, with the carrot puree reminding of a gravy. Our favorite course was the dessert, which was warm corn cake with a scoop of ice cream on the side, it was very satisfying and delicious, reminding of a sweet corn bread.
