The staffs here are superb! Leaving us good impression after facing a few disappointments service in Madrid!
The female staff immediately arranged seat for us and tried to adjust place for us to put our stroller!
Manuel, the male staff who attending us is very friendly and helpful! He tried his very best to explain to us what is the food in English because we cannot understand the food in Spanish! He is very patient! And told us the sauce of potato might be spicy for our children and he suggested to split and sauce and put aside for us!
The food Artichoke and potato is very good! The cheese cake too! My husband like the tuna fish but I personally think it is too fishy smell! Overall we had a great time and meal there! Thank you Manuel and the team!
The total bill including a bottle of aqua is about €45 which is reasonable in Madrid!

In this restaurant we quickly realized that people are working here who know their stuff. It became already apparent with the starter, which, despite being a rather simple dish - burrata con tomate and pesto - was extraordinarily delicious and a delight for the eyes. The following dishes were even more delicious. The service was, in line with the quality of the food, flawless as well. Muy recomendable. El servicio buen coordinado, son un buen equipo. Atentas a dar una mejor mesa, se nota que hay una visión amplia de las reservas y el ritmo de cocina.
La carta reinventa clásicos de cocina internacional. Muy recomendables las alcachofas con hummus trufado y siempre hay que probar las patatas bravísimas. De lo que hemos probado, las carrilleras también recomendables, muy buenas. Volveremos a seguir probando la Carta.
Como observación, se deberían sacar los platos con un criterio de paladar, de forma que las bravísimas no desvirtúen el sabor del resto de platos, al menos debiera aconsejar se una transición.
Sorprende que el grifo tenga no sólo vermut sino cervezas fuera del circuito: 1906, Brew Dog y Estrella de bodega. Además de las botellas. Y tienen bien presentes los vinos nacionales.
El local es fresco, cómplice, versátil. Sin agobiar espacios. Tienes para algo rápido y también mesas hasta 8 pax. La decoración tiene un discreto punto underground, muy natural y acústicamente se agradece mucho, compensa los grandes ventanales. Una reforma muy bien pensada, ha ido a cubrir necesidades, luz, acústica, toque de modernidad que consiguen incluir hasta la barra central de granito porriño... ¡Y ya es difícil!
Importante reservar. Los precios están online. Pedid para seguir pidiendo, ojo que l cocina cierra 16h y mucho antes...
