While visiting Madrid to see Chicho Trujillo, the bad-ass revolutionary Cumbia band from Chile, I happened upon this gorgeous cafe. After a quick “Que onda?”, conversation with the owner felt like we had known each other forever.

Everything about this place made me want to stay all day. The super smooth coffee, queer photography books, cinnamon rolls, eclectic cozy ambiance, 90s hits playing at the perfect volume, and witty bilingual conversations with the owner make this place more than inviting. It kinda felt like home.

Whether you live in the city or you’re just visiting take a minute to stop in and grab a cortado, or cafe con leche, or whatever your favorite caffeinated drink might be, you won’t regret it.

Amazing small speciality coffee shop. The matcha latte is alright as well no sugar and straight which I personally like. My friend said the coffee is okay but on the weaker side in terms of strength. The cinnamon roll was okay but warm so that was a nice touch. My wife and I were in Madrid for a week and after discovering this coffee shop we came back daily. The owner is kind and welcoming. The drinks are delicious and the food is simple but tasty. It is clear this cafe is the result of passion and thought. It’s a great place to get a coffee in the morning or rest with a spritz in the afternoon.
