Service? No service. The guys at the counter would rather be scrolling on their phones or playing cards than take your order. Have no idea how they remain in business, possibly a front for the Chinese Mob in Madrid microwave Chinese food is better. They have dirty tables, and the place smells like a toilet. Upstairs is worse. Only plastic forks available, bring your own napkins. They don’t have any! Food doesn’t look like the menu photos suggests. They don’t even have everything on the menu. I had several types of dumplings, spring rolls and mushy regurgitated beef in oyster sauce, basically as tasteless as hospital food. Not a hint of a taste in the oyster sauce dish. We ran in there because it looked like it was going to rain and the closest tapas bar kicked us out because they were going to close for siesta. Next time just...

I would highly not recommend this place in center of Madrid. When you come to rest room to wash your hands and make wee, no soap, no toilet paper and no seats on toilet. Then when I came down to ask napkins for my hands and mentioned that upstairs is non of them the guy gave me a bunch of them . Then came to my table and took it back and left for me 2 napkins and said it’s enough. I said to him just put it back and because I’ll need them after, due of restroom condition . California roll was horrible, seems like he drop roll in vinegar . They not serve you , you’ll pick up your food by your self . In McDonald’s at least they polite , smiling and positive . Do not go there , terrible experience. When you’ll come there , they wouldn’t happy to see you and just hoping for tourists...

Don't even consider. The (only) good news: All orders are made fresh. However, that means you need patience, even after your order is finished, since it rests on the counter until someone bothers to give it to you. The "spicy" chicken was as tasteless as can be - "greasy soy sauce" would have been more fitting. The worst parts: The rice is microwaved (!!!!) instead of steamed. The guy who takes the orders and handles the cash also puts together the ingredients for the cook, which means he constantly touches raw chicken and other meat without bothering to ever wash his (bare) hands. Disgusting is an...

I was totally disappointed. Firstly, the wok menu is hidden at the till and you have to ask for it. All wok dishes are supposed to come with red and green peppers, mushrooms, onions, carrots and zucchini as standard ingredients. Mine had none of them. Yes, the price is cheap, but unfortunately you get a disappointing meal for it. Also, the place was dirty, the toilet had no toilet paper, soap or paper towels.
