the worst service ever got. I went there with friends and firstly the lady doing table service looked at me badly because i didn’t read a panel with the rule of the place (you need to wait in line outside of the place before ordering and then they choose a table for you, the place is very small and the table are all on top of each other). This was my fault, the panel is basically hidden next to the counter, but then after we waited in line we bought our food and only after they told us we could have taken a sit this rude lady came to us telling that our table was the one next to the wc because another group after us that ended up non even sitting, was bigger. They charged us 1€ more for the take away!!!! we ended up eating in a park and they didn’t even put...

The food was really really good and good for the price. However , STAFF IS SO RUDE and careless, some education is much needed for the counter girl she was awful and rushed and spoke to me badly. The music is way too loud and you can’t even talk to your friends. There is not enough places to sit and she made me sit in an awful area next to the entrance and it was horrible. Nuestra experiencia en su establecimiento ha sido bastante decepcionante. Acudimos un grupo de tres personas y, a pesar de que había mesas disponibles, se nos negó su uso argumentando que estaban destinadas a grupos de cuatro personas. Como resultado, nos vimos obligados a sentarnos en una mesa pequeña en la que apenas cabíamos, y únicamente fue posible gracias a que dos chicas se levantaron y nos cedieron su lugar ya que estas mesas son tan diminutas que incluso dos personas apenas tienen espacio para estar cómodas y se fueron.

Una vez sentados, dos de nosotros nos levantamos para hacer nuestros pedidos. Sin embargo, debido a la falta de espacio dentro del establecimiento cuando hay un poco de cola, nos vimos obligados a salir a la calle para poder hacerla. Personalmente, solicité una michelada y pregunté entre qué opciones de cerveza podía elegir. Me mostraron las opciones disponibles y, sin tener conocimiento previo, seleccioné una cerveza de importación. Yo no era consciente de que se aplicaba un cargo adicional por elegir esta opción y el personal tampoco me lo indicó. Considero que lo correcto habría sido informarme claramente sobre qué cervezas estaban incluidas en el precio y cuáles implicaban un costo adicional.

Además, las mesas están extremadamente cercanas unas de otras, y aunque la comida es económica, no considero que valga la pena. En Madrid existen numerosos bares con precios igual de baratos y un servicio mucho más atento.
