Goiko — Restaurant in Madrid

We ate here just a few hours ago, when we came after a few minutes we sat down one of their staff came to ask for our orders and then told us to hurry up for picking our order because they have reservation for 14:30 (in military time) that was around 13:00 we are shocked because we also have reservation there at 13:00, we were so disappointed already because they should told us sooner not later about that. We don't want to be pressured and hurried in picking food and eating them, like who wants that? And then after they took our orders it took sometime for it to serve it to us also while waiting we saw a lot of waitresses in their bar chatting like they aren't working and there aren't costumers, guys please be professionals at work. And when they served our food a lot of mistakes happened about our orders. About the food burgers where good but the fries are too salty, is that normal? Also about our dessert "tarta de queso" taste like egg. We were there to celebrate but we were disappointed but still we manage to make it a...

The food was as expected, good, but the atmosphere terrible.

They could not find my reservation, but the place was almost empty, still they were insisting in trying to find it until they accepted to give me a sit anyways. After a few minutes already sitting they found it. The place was almost empty and the staff was cleaning around me shouting at each other over my head about internal working gossip as if they were on their own, even cursing!. They were also taking the trash out in front of my table.

They bring only ketchup, but if you ask for mayo and mustard it will be almost 1€ each! (unacceptable for burger joint!). And altogether a bit pricy for what it is.

On top of all, no working AC in a 30 celsius afternoon!, don’t think will come again, at least...

This was the worst burger I have ever had. How do you mess up a smash burger? I’ll tell you how, by boiling the meat instead of searing it and not seasoning anything. I was actually confused and thought they had used some sort of imitation meat. The meat was so rubbery and had a weird smell to it. I actually spit my burger out, it was beyond foul. I couldn’t swallow and that’s saying a lot. I’ll eat anything twice, but this burger broke me.
