Tony Roma's — Restaurant in Madrid

Horrible place!! Me and my friend decided to stop by here after the bernabeu tour cause it had decent reviews but this place is the complete opposite. If i could i’d leave 0 stars. After placing an order we waited for about 30-40 minutes not even our drinks were served before the food arrived. After waiting so long for our food they messed my order up by not bringing me sweet potato fries, which didn’t even taste like sweet potato fries, and they dropped my friends top bun on the floor. If things couldn’t get any worse as soon as i grabbed my burger the bun was super soggy, as soon as i took a bite the patty was super red, and when grabbing the burger it felt like the patty was rock solid. Me and my friend decided to cut the patty to see how our burgers looked and it looked super raw. When we told the waiter she gave us a dirty look. We told the manager that the food was super undercooked and luckily she didn’t charge us. While walking around looking for something to eat, we tried to eat at this place. When we ordered food, we waited for over an hour and when the order arrived, we received the wrong dishes, I don't think I have ever experienced greater chaos in a restaurant, we hoped that the staff would give us at least a small discount for these mistakes and time, but unfortunately... even though we had reported the problem to them earlier . It's a pity, otherwise I would come back to this place and recommend it further, but I am very disappointed. The ribs were delicious, the rest below average. Go for the ribs, but forget about the rest. The waiter ignored my comment about the empty soap containers in the bathroom, although promising to check it out. The waitress that overtook the shift from the waiter did the best she could, being the only one taking care of the guests! No coleslaw, no sauces, no butter for the corn. Service is very inert. The sides, baked potatoes and corn, arrived later once we were already halfway through our ribs after reminding the waitress about them once the ribs arrived, as arguably the kitchen had forgotten about the sides.
