Troppo Napoletano — Restaurant in Madrid

I'm an American with mediocre Spanish skills, and I was simply looking for a place with pizza a short walking distance from my hotel to feed my children. I can say this was one of the best food happenstances I've had my entire trip. The staff were friendly, patient with my Spanish, and made great recommendations on pizza. I can honestly say this is one of the best pizzas I have EVER had. It cooks fast in the oven, they had my order ready so fast, and the dough is truly amazing. Great pizza! Great staff. They probably use a non-standard dough hydration. Their pizzas are soft and crispy on the edge. The rest of the ingredients are of great quality too, especially the knifes. They cut beautifully well. The only problem (or mark of authenticity, perhaps) is that it has quite a noisy clientele.
