We had a very unpleasant experience at this place. The staff ignored us completely when we arrived, so we assumed we had to find our own table. After waiting outside for about 10 minutes, we approached a waiter to ask if we could sit at a table that had just become available. The waiter couldn’t even answer “yes” or “no” and simply walked away without saying a word. After more waiting, another waiter came and rudely told us we couldn’t take the table—without offering any help or alternative seating.

What surprised me even more than the poor service was the owner’s response to my review, telling me: “Please don’t come here anymore!!!! All your reviews are negative, you have no credibility, go home!!!!!” This kind of unprofessional and aggressive reply only confirms the attitude we experienced in person. Only a few tables inside and it costs more to eat outside. Since we had 5 people we had to eat outside. There was only one waitress for all the tables so it took over 20 minutes for us to get our order taken. We decided to leave and go somewhere else. If you don't know this spot you're missing out. I'm dead serious when I say I go daily, whether for a coffee, or breakfast or lunch. I'm a tour guide in madrid and it's a must for me and my tourists.
