The worst dining experience I’ve had in years – I strongly advise you to stay away from this place.

Let me start by saying that we were completely ignored upon arrival. We waited 10 full minutes before anyone even acknowledged us, despite the fact that the restaurant was nearly empty. That should’ve been the first red flag.

But it only went downhill from there. After placing our order, we waited another 50 minutes for our food – completely unacceptable under any circumstances, let alone with so few customers. During this time, we had to ask multiple times just to get our drinks, which eventually arrived late and without any hint of courtesy.

The starter, which should obviously come first, was served last. This shows a total lack of organization and any understanding of basic restaurant service standards.

Then came the absolute disaster: – I ordered chicken, but was served beef instead – The meat was HALF RAW, undercooked and frankly dangerous to eat. This isn’t just unprofessional – it’s a health hazard.

When we raised our concerns, the staff was rude, dismissive, and acted like we were bothering them. No apology, no explanation – just pure indifference.

To top it all off, we were seated right next to the kitchen, where delivery drivers for Uber Eats and similar apps were constantly crowding, making it feel more like a noisy takeout hub than a proper restaurant.

If you care about your health, your time, and being treated with basic respect – avoid this place at all costs. It was a complete waste of time, money, and patience....

I was there last night for the dinner. After we ordered everything, the drinks didn’t come right away but we had to wait till we get the food. My bf ordered for the burger, there was no problem with his dish. but my dish Chicken Villaroy was served cold. The sweet potato chips and fried egg are completely cold. The chicken when I first touched with my finger it was warm almost cold not fresh hot. Seemed like they had precooked it for awhile. I tried to keep it cool and just eating my food cuz it was busy. then I couldn’t stand it anymore cuz it’s way too cold. So I decided to mention it to the staff that my plate was served cold. They took my dish to the kitchen and warmed it in oven. And my egg yolk was completely cooked… I was again trying to keep it cool. finished my whole dish cuz I was starving. After we left the restaurant and now 2:40 am. 3 hours after that meal as I’m trying to sleep. I have very bad feeling in my stomach for almost 1 hour now. Let’s see if I have food...

Everyone told me and my partner to try it since m a chef and like clean decent food, yesterday i traveled back to madrid and went with my partner to eat there the moment i went in miss lidia the waiter looked at us flipped her hair said something and left which was soooooo rude, then a guy named abdel told us to sit on a table which we did then we checked the menu but since its the first time to us we had some questions when abdel came and my partner had a couple of questions and abdel started blowing his breath as is he didn't want to serve us, i never felt like that in my entire 32 years then when abdel heard me telling my partner im upset from the service and will write a long review he changed his attitude if they dont want work dont work but never treat the customers like that Food 8/10 Service 0/10 Not impressed, i can see why everyone suggested it but of what happened i will not go back to...
