I wanted to try this burger place as an influencer fondly recommended it. If you want delivery, you have to order via WhatsApp and it takes around 40 minutes. I ordered three items, 1 was forgotten (even though it was written down obviously). They charge 3 Euros to swap beef for halloumi (not disclosed). But what really annoyed me, my Burger and Fries arrived cold -and cold halloumi is, well, interesting. I think when you charge 6 (!)(non-disclosed) Euros extra for delivery, this is not acceptable (and I literally live 1 km away). Cherry on top, the service on the phone is also far from great.

We recently visited your restaurant and ordered lunch for 9 people. This was the worst experience of our entire holiday in Marbella.

Our order, placed over the phone, included 4 kids burgers with cheese. They arrived without cheese. When we called back, the staff refused to remake the burgers initially, saying they weren’t anything wrong with the burger except for missing cheese.

After a long discussion and our food getting cold, they finally agreed to remake the 4 burgers but offered no compensation for the inconvenience. The person we spoke to was extremely rude and...

Waitor dont say hello when entering, then i ordered food that came before the drink. Then a margarita came in a rocks glass with crushed ice - then when i tell him its not served in this glass he tell me that a margarita is done the way he serves it and then ask me to tell him the recipe… i show him the IBA and he dont wanna see that. Just test the guest? this is absolutely no way to treat costumers. And after us being here loving it once a week its sad one person deatroyes all the good work of the amazing staff that is usually here. Now im here with my food super...
