I mean at least I got my money back! I got a portion of "ratatouille", "greek salad" and a vegan cheesecake. The ratatouille didn't taste like it had any garlic, basil or thyme, the tomato sauce was clearly store bought and was generally quite disappointing, although it was not the worst dish. The "greek salad" consisted of canned artichoke, canned heart of palm, canned corn, some pumpkin seeds if you looked real close, and the only seemingly fresh ingredients were broccoli and asparagus, oh and some parsley. It tasted mostly of vinegar and was missing olives, cucumber and tomatoes. It could have been worse but for ten euros a pop for some veggies that should've cost four or five euros each, well, I felt ripped off. The vegan cheesecake was awful. It was too acidic, too sweet, and tasted a lot like vomit. I'm vegan and I've tasted a lot of vegan cakes and this was just not good. When I contacted them, they first refused to refund me saying it was "impossible", and when they finally called me back and let me come back and get my money back, I was offered to come look at how much they had sold of the cake for some reason as if that would change my mind and make me say "OH! well if other people were okay with it tasting like vomit, I'll just be on my way!". I find the food to be below par for the price, not great tasting overall, and the staff are slightly incompetent. Considering it's all premade and half the ingredients are store bought, the price should be cut in half. The food was good and clearly made with quality ingredients but not sure how we ended up paying around £50 euros here for lunch for two.

Their pricing system is very vague and unclear - the prices aren’t found anywhere and they they price everything by weight. When we chose things they served us a ridiculous amount (including 0.5kg of goulache for one person), not asking or checking with us how much we wanted. When we asked for some things to be removed, they were very resistant. They ended up removing some of the goulache and refunding some of the money but it felt awkward and embarrassing.

Food is good - nothing excellent though. I felt cheated as a meal for 1 ended up costing around €30. No transparency in pricing with no clear food prices displayed and no clear standards in how much food to pour.

Turns out the lady added 550 grams of a stew that would be enough for 3 ppl when i precisely told her it would be for 1. They also only take cash and put a note out that their card machine is broken. When I told them I didnt have enough cash, magically the machine started working again and they took payment by that.
