Absutely terrible restaurant especially if you are after delivery, last week my order was made at 9pm and arrived at 11.15 bone cold and when i called the restaurant to complain they couldnt care less. This Saturday stupidly i thought id give them a second chance and what a mistake that was once again food ordered just before 9pm and at 11.45pm and 3 phone calls to restaurant and being told my food was with the driver. Im finally told they forgot my order. Again absolutely no apology just tried to talk me in to letting them start making the order now and it would arrive around 12.30. Im sure you can imagine where stick it since its the second weekend ruined and the children have all ge to bed with a quick snack instead of the chinese they were all looking forward to. I seriously recommend anyone ordering delivery chinese whether direct or with all you can eat not to use this restaurant theres a high chance they will ruin...

TERRIBLE, teníamos acordado realizar mi boda aquí, fuimos en dos ocasiones para hacer pruebas de comida, dejando por cierto propinas más que generosas y mucho mayores de las merecidas, gastándonos también una cantidad importante en la comida ya que no nos incluían la degustación. Además de ir en varias ocasiones para discutir nuestras necesidades, a lo que decían que sí a todo sin problema. Teníamos los menús hechos, las invitaciones con el nombre del sitio todas impresas y repartidas, habíamos invertido mucho en decoración para el local y hasta habíamos buscado un equipo de sonido ya que ellos no ofrecían uno decente. A 25 días de la boda llamamos para preguntar si podíamos ir a coger medidas a lo que tanto un camarero (muy maleducado) como además el gerente por teléfono nos dijeron que sí, tras colgar al gerente, me vuele a llamar el camarero, con su habitual tono de borde y maleducado, diciéndonos textualmente “Aquí no se va a celebrar la boda” y colgándome, sin dar más explicaciones. Tras varias llamadas y una discusión con la dueña que fingía no entender el idioma y solo farfullaba irrelevancias para no dar explicaciones, no obtuvimos nada. A nuestra anterior reseña han respondido falsamente diciendo que no teníamos el menú elegido ni habíamos pagado una señal. Nos ofrecimos a pagar una reserva a lo cual el propio dueño nos dijo que no era necesario, que una semana antes de la boda fuésemos a hacer el abono y ya está. Y los menús los teníamos más que elegidos, estaba hasta impresos, todo esto habiendo hablado hasta con el dueño y camareros en varias ocasiones. El trato es pésimo y la comida muy que cara para lo que es, nos convenía casarnos ahí por la cercanía pero hemos esquivado una bala no haciéndolo ahi. El trato de los camareros es lamentable, el ambiente es lúgubre y negativo, El sitio están sucio y muy descuidado, nos sorprendió ver un restaurante en puerto banús tan vacío y viejo, por eso invertimos mucho en decoraciones para el sitio y teníamos todo muy bien planeado. La dueña es una incompetente que a la primera ausencia del marido no se ha visto capaz de organizar su restaurante y ha tomado la decisión de cancelarnos la boda con menos de un mes de antelación y sin avisarnos, tuvimos la casualidad de llamar y nos enteramos, de no haber sido así nos habríamos plantado ahí la semana de antes y nos habría dicho esto. Mas tarde se han puesto en contacto conmigo desde el propio restaurante para decirme como son realmente ahí, me recomendaron directamente buscar otro lugar y me hablaron muy mal del sitio. Me parece asombroso. Este lugar...

We had a booking for 16 people and when we arrived i immediately thought the outside looked run down... Just ordering drinks was a challenge, as the waiters seemed like they were doing us a favor for being there, not very friendly to say the least. Food order took forever to come out and when it did arrive, all we could taste was salt... From the first dish (egg fired rice) 35 mins later we asked where the noodles were, nothing!!! we canceled our order, paid what was owed and made a swift exit.

Probably a nice restaurant once, but unfortunately not anymore. If you are looking for a Chinese meal and cant get in to any other restaurants due to them being fully booked and you call Zen's and they have space, they is a reason!...
