When I took the first bite of the soggy but delicious cheeseburger from Cheatburgers, I knew right away that I had stumbled upon something special. The smell of caramelized onions and cheddar cheese was alluring, and the taste was simply heavenly.

The combination of juicy meat, sweet onions, and creamy cheddar cheese was perfectly balanced and tasted incredibly good. Every bite was a feast for my taste buds, and I couldn't get enough of it.

This place ruined my day. I saw the reviews and walked all the way from Banus to try the “amazing” burgers at CHEAT.

Upon arrival, I was unpleasantly surprised by the location and atmosphere of the place – burning hot metal tables, waiters in home clothes and no welcoming whatsoever. After waiting to be attended at the counter and asking for regular drinks, I found out that the place did not have Nestea, which was already a shame.

My order was two The Cheater, and large fries, which was taken completely wrong. Burgers were served without fries, even though I initially agreed to wait 30 minutes for them. Even worse, burgers had remains of packaging and plastic inside.

After almost choking on plastic in cheese, we asked to remake the burger and also inquired if our fries were coming. Eventually, after another 30 minutes of waiting, we were served a weird salad-like mixture of something, which turned out to be a smashed burger with “fries” – the one we definitely did not order.

This is by far my worst experience and I do not recommend anyone to visit this place. For a total bill of 34€, which had to be paid in full, there are a lot of much more welcoming places with great...

Absolutely robbers they stole €50 from us and never delivered our food . The lady was not even kind about the situation that we did not understand Spanish very well and couldn’t even deliver our food. Just eat did not help with no refund. We received no phone call from the restaurant when the food was ready. Disgusting place horrible staff! What a disgrace 🤢 No es personas buena el Comida es muy mal! The manager also had the audacity to call me up a few times after and inform me of the global crisis when she basically robbed me of my money! Honestly not nice. When your a customer and you pay for something you expect to receive your food end of story! Having worked in hospitality for over 10 years the customer is always right!
