FFcoffee — Restaurant in Marbella

They tried to scam me just because I looked like a tourist and didn’t speak Spanish. I asked for a coffee with vanilla ice cream, which was already overpriced but at least listed on the menu — fine. But suddenly they charged 2€ more per coffee just because it was to go, without telling me in advance. That’s incredibly shady and dishonest. I felt completely ripped off.

Then they charged 3€ for a tiny scoop of industrial vanilla ice cream from the freezer. On top of that, they made two espressos using just one espresso shot, so the coffee tasted watery and weak. Absolutely unacceptable.

When I tried to explain that this was wrong and misleading, the staff were dismissive and didn’t care at all. Zero communication, zero transparency, and zero professionalism.

Never again. I’d rather drink coffee at a local Spanish place where people are honest and know how to treat customers...

Bien plus qu’un bar à desserts, le FF coffee est un expérience à vivre si vous allez à Marbella. Le choix est varié que cela soit au niveau boissons (bubble tea, smoothies, thé matcha,...) ou nourriture (crepes, beignets, fraises au chocolat, ...). J'y suis allée plusieurs fois sans jamais être déçue, les produits sont excellents ! Je recommande vivement le thé matcha (le. meilleur de Porto Banus) qui peut être marié à différents sirops. La variété de saveurs est extraordinaire : pistache, cacahuète, pêche, melon, amande, caramel, fraise, sirop d'érable et j'en passe. Une des spécialités de ce bar à dessert est le chocolat façon Dubai. Que cela soit en tablette, en coulis sur des fraises ou sur d'autres délices sucrés ce mélange de chocolat et de pistache est excellent et saura vous ravir les papilles. Le service et l'atmosphère sont aussi excellents que les desserts. I was In Marbella and was in a hurry, needed matcha and what shocked me was that starbucks was sold out of matcha on the day i was there.

Then found this lovely place by coincidence and tried one of the best iced matcha latte ever.
