Just wanted to post an update for my 3rd visit here back in the beginning of November. My sales associate was Alice and I just wanted to give her a shout out for being so awesome and patient with me. I was so on set to getting the Monstouris Backpack in either the PM or Mini size. But I ended up with the OnTheGo PM in the black empreinte and I am so in love with it. It is so elegant looking and I get compliments every time I use it. Alice even brought out other options for me to look at. She helped me decide on which bag to get because it was a tough decision for me. Once again I left happy :)
Second time at the location yesterday. I had 3 purses I was hoping that would be there and I was happy to see they had the mini bumbag. I was hoping for the Crème color one which they didn’t have available but I’m happy I ended up with the monogram, which gives me another reason to get a different bag in the crème color lol. Our sales associate Dana was just amazing in every way. She helped my friends and I with figuring out what item to go home with since we’ve had so many to choose from lol. She was so patient with us going back and forth on purses, wallets, and to the back to check if they had what we were looking for and helped us decide which purse suits us best. Read moreThe worst experience. First, upon approaching the consultant and asking if they have the desired handbag model, she said she would check immediately. After waiting for 15 minutes, the same consultant was showing belts to other clients. Again, upon inquiring about the handbag, the response was to wait. We waited in the store for about 45 minutes until another consultant approached us.
I mentioned the observation about the unpleasant communication, but I was also ignored. The consultant brought the handbag, placed it on the table, and left. She only returned to ask if I would buy it. I replied yes. I requested it to be wrapped as a gift, but the received purchase hardly reflected gift packaging (there's a video). Additionally, while waiting, no coffee, water, or champagne was offered. I had to ask for champagne myself, but was told they no longer had any. While we were sitting and waiting for the bag to be wrapped, champagne glasses were missing for other clients. I have never had a worse service experience. It was such a pleasure have meeting this young man, as his level of service, was of a very high standard. At the same time, everything felt completely natural, which is not always the case in stores that sells high-end products.. HE made me feel very comfortable..
Mario made everything feels so good and natural to me as the customer, as his kind and warm being did it extreamly good.. Take good care of him in the future. There are very few of his kind.. I have been in many LV shops all over the world, but this time, this level of service was very uniq.. But… that was only because of the one and only… MARIO.. Many Best regards and do what you can, to keep Mario as long as possible in LV.. He will be/or is a BIG succes.
