This was my first visit, and overall, the setting was beautiful. I really liked the beds, the beach, and the view—it was all very nice. The food was good as well, but unfortunately, the service did not meet the same standard. While serving my wine, the server was distracted—talking to another staff member—and carelessly spilled many drops of wine. It created a visible trail from my glass, across my plate and the table, all the way to where he left the bottle. I understand that it can get busy and staff need to communicate, but this was quite unprofessional. We also asked whether the salad contained beetroot, and the server seemed confused and said no. When it arrived, it did have beetroot. This place has great potential, but I believe the staff would benefit from better training especially in wine service, menu knowledge, and how to properly serve high-end clientele.

La Milla might just the best combination of location (right on the beach), quality food and excellent service. All of this comes at a price, not above the area, but you are still paying 40 Euros to 60 Euros for a fish or meat main. The langostinos al pil pil (27 Euros) where perfectly cooked in a deep steel pot, while the dorada (40 Euros) was perfectly seasoned with garlic, oil and spices. The cheesecake (11,50 Euros) was outstanding as well. Miguel (a native of Cadiz) and the rest of the staff at La Milla are gregarious, efficient and proactive. We showed up about half an hour before opening time without a reservation and they looked after us until we left three hours later. La Milla offers a beach bed rental adjacent to the restaurant thay ranges between 40 Euros for a single cushion seat or 180 Euros for a bed.

I recently dined at La Milla in Marbella with my family, and unfortunately, the experience was far from what we expected. While the drinks were excellent and refreshing, the food left much to be desired. We started with the calamari, which was sadly overcooked and rubbery. I ordered a steak, requesting it to be cooked medium well, but what arrived was a rare steak that was barely edible. To make matters worse, the accompanying vegetables were spoiled, making the dish even less enjoyable. Given the issues with the food, our overall experience was quite disappointing. We had high hopes for La Milla, but the poor quality of the meal overshadowed the nice ambiance and drinks. Unfortunately, we won’t be returning.

a REAL TOURIST SCAM. Totally WORTHLESS. Service was really bad, Sara in our company got a real damage to her head because one of the waiters accidentaly ran with the breadtray into her head. (Also, the bread that we didnt ordered cost 17,5 Euros on the bill). This wasnt even the issue, we ordered the tuna, Iberico shoulders, the king prawn pil pil, grilled vegetables, and the tuna insallada. The iberico for 29 euros wasnt eatable, so we returned it after the first bite. We all tasted the tuna insallada, but we all felt sick after we tasted the potato mash with mayonaisse and the tuna, (literally 3 small overcooked tuna pieces of total 25grams). And the king prawn pil pil was small ownd prawns on a nice pot that were disgusting. We literallt returned every dish we ordered, exceot the pommes frites that actually were okay, and the wine that we enjoyed. (Even though they tried to charge us 50euro extra for a wine that we didnt order). We had to pay full price for everything even tho we sent it back. We also noticed the place was totally emtpy except 2 men that sat beside us, that the waiters and the so called ”sommelier” asked alot of questions after we complained for the food. It was very clear who they talked to. Such an obvious tourist scam that makes their best to hide the reality of the restaurant. (Also, we had total 4 different waiters that were serving us, with no communication what so ever.) So, we ate some bread and returned everything else for a total bill of 260 Euros (original bill was 310 but they changed after we complained about they overcharged for a wine we didnt order). Probably, no literally, the worst dining experience me and my...

im eating lunches in La Milla from 3 days as the food is really great quality, restaurant is as well nice atmosphere and staff is nice. However standards of service day to day we have experienced worst and worst. Today we have arrived 14:20, weiter made mistake with our order and they brought starter- salad at 15:10 , than came fish and was not well done so they have to take back, and than they forgot to bring second salad ordered witg a fish and finally we got the salad at the end of the lunch . So 3 mistakes during one lunch and waiter even did not say sorry, any propose of small compensation like coffe or what ever. Completely nothing. I have chooses this restaurant because has Michelling recommendation so expect standard as on Michellin's level. I fully understand mistakes happen however responsibility is as well important as can ''clean'' bad feelings of mistakes. Tomorrow im comming as well for next luch to give to the restaurant last chance and hope this time they can do good...

We came today with my friend and asked if there is a table available for 2 and if we can charge our laptop, the hostess said yes sure and gave us a table outside. We sat down, ordered drinks and when asked by waiter if we wanted to eat we said no. After 15-20 min since we entered and seat, the hostess says that if we won’t eat we should change the table and sit on the sun on the stool which was not comfortable at all for us since we wanted to study. I said that why you didn’t warn us about this before and not now when we already sat and ordered drinks. The hostess kept arguing that she asked if we wanted to eat or drink in the beginning at the entrance and we said yes - which was a total lie. To add up, they brought a hot macchiato when we ordered iced cafe latte. I WILL NEVER COME BACK FOR THIS KIND OF SERVICE. If we wanna take a coffee then we can’t even sit by the table, ridiculous! And this is called Spanish...
