Went here for my wife’s birthday. The food was amazing, we ordered a mixed salad and vegetable paella. Portions were large, fresh & delicious and the staff was very friendly. The environment was great and made us feel like we were somewhere in the tropics. The drinks were just as amazing, even had complete roses in our mojito and margarita! Not cheap, but worth every penny. As a benefit there was a water park in the ocean to entertain our daughter which she loved (not part of the chirengito and not for free but good to have). The beach was protected from massive waves but still rocky in the water like most beaches around Marbella/San Pedro. The beach beds were ok priced, perhaps a bit crammed. Also just behind the restaurant there is a road for pedestrians littered with the typical copy hand bags and watches which goes right into Puerto Jose Banus only 5min walk away that was cute. Read moreI love this place! It is always a good sign if the staff stays in a place without looking for a new boss and these good people have been working here for many years.
They are hard-working, polite, very kind and overall extremely professional. The price of the food is a bit above average but you really get what you pay for. The quality of food is well above that of many other beach places close to here. They even grind up entrecôtes for hamburgers and of they cannot find tomatoes that meet their standards, they choose to not make gazpacho.
And oh, their alioli is one of the best I have ever had. Not traditional but very, very good. Did I say I love this place?
