24 Grados cocktail bar — Restaurant in Mogán

Upon visiting the beautiful Puerto De Mogan, myself and my girlfriend decided to visit 24 Grados for a cocktail, the drinks were great, our experience however was the opposite. A man in front of us (pictured) was sat drinking beer on his lonesome using his mobile phone to video and photograph any female (including children) that were walking past the bar; I let the staff know that this was going on and nothing was done. I then confronted the man on his disgusting behaviour. He argued that he was “allowed” to do this and that we were just stupid tourists. He then claimed to be a part of a local newspaper which was completely fabricated and laughable. Some of the other customers were equally disgusted and actually left, but the bar manager was then seen knuckle touching this man after this had all occurred. When a customer places an order, they expect to receive the item they requested. If the order is incorrect, it is unacceptable to simply return it to the customer and expect them to pay for it. This is especially true when the order includes food and drinks with a value exceeding €100.

Furthermore, asking customers if they plan to order more and stating that a reservation will be made for their table if they do not is meaningless and inappropriate. This is especially true when the restaurant is not at capacity, as it gives the impression that the establishment is more concerned with filling tables than providing quality service to its customers. Such practices are not conducive to a positive dining experience and can leave customers feeling unsatisfied...

Thought it was an excellent cocktail bar after being here last year and most of holiday this year, but unfortunately ordered for the first time a drink other than a cocktail, which arrived and was definately not what was ordered, but couldn't make out what it was until we asked to sort out then realised the drinks were seriously watered down. When you order pina colada, you don't really taste the alcohol, but it was delicious both last year and this, but order a normal spirit n mixer, so obviously watered down, very dissapointed, prob not had alcohol in cocktail both last year n beginning of this year.
