Bandidos Steakhouse — Restaurant in Mogán

The welcome into the restaurant was great, it was busy to begin with but petered out after an hour or so. Our server wasn't the most polite and a bit abrupt but we persevered.

I had the fillet steak with BBQ sauce, vegetables and wedges which was beautifully presented and tasted as good as it looked. All elements of the dish were top notch, however the size of the fillet steak is the smallest I've had to date in Puerto Rico by some margin.

Of course quality does count but I can't say it was any better than the other two fillet steaks I've had during my stay. Dessert was pretty standard and the cocktails were decent but nothing special.

Service was terrible after our initial order, I had to get a server's attention to get a second round of drinks and to finally get dessert and it wasn't because the restaurant was busy, there were only a handful of tables occupied.

I had to eventually go to the bar to ask for the bill, it was brought to the table with two shots of honey rum. I paid by card and as the total was about to be entered into the card machine, the server asked me if I would like to add a little extra to which I declined and I was then met with a look of displeasure from the server who had not even previously served our table.

Food lovely, but they are way to busy to many tables to little staff and this certainly not just this day, been here enough times to finally decide to write this. Waited half a hour to be asked for a drink. Wouldn't take our food order came back felt like he was doing us a favour taking our order and also made you go quick in such a rush. Asked for more drinks had to ask twice then they were thrown down not filled properly and hot glass of pints. Wernt asked was meal nice or did we want desert. The final thing asked by man taking card who hadnt served us how much will I enter for tip. Then told him to busy to many tables service bad and then no apology but thickness and argued about tip. No problem tipping and well but this was a terrible experience. Pure greed kept filling tables and people all sitting with menus still to the point hadn't even enough menus left, but kept bringing in people and clearly wernt able for it. Its a pity as...

Just left this place & won't be returning, was seated at a table where to my left a drunk woman decided i needed her in my life & insisted i had to get the WiFi on her phone for her , ordered nachos for my starter which came burnt & black with a pitiful sprinkling of cheese on top so were returned, to be fair 2nd attempt were much better with guacamole/ salsa & jalapeño which i was charged extra. ( why it didn't have on 1st time 🤷‍♂️ ) just before our main meals were brought to us a Norwegian couple were sat to our right , he stunk like a pole cat & was clearly out of his head on something yet they decided to serve him . We finished our meal & asked for the bill €85 . While waiting for our change our Norwegian friend decided to spew his pizza all over the table ,,time to exit no tip given...
