And the food? Honestly, the best I’ve ever had of this kind. We enjoyed it so much that we came back twice in just ten days. Highlights included the spectacular rice noodles, the unforgettable Karen rice with chicken (part wok-fried, part golden-breaded — flavorful, creative, and generous in portion), and the fried crab — massive, perfectly cooked, and simply out of this world. We also tried both the vegetarian and meat dumplings, each crafted with care and bursting with taste. To finish, the crema catalana deserves its own applause — flamed right at the table, creamy, delicate, and absolutely divine.

What an amazing experience. I never normally write reviews but was blown away with the friendly service and delicious food at Shinos Asia. Before we went I asked for a copy of the menu through Facebook where I was replied to very hastily! During our visit, the hospitality from staff was nothing but excellent. We were shown to our seat, and a blanket offered for my bare legs which was a very nice touch and definitely made a great first impression. The food was delicious, we ordered a sweet and sour, Gong-Bao, a boiled rice to share (which was just enough), and a chicken boa bun. We were also pleasantly surprised that we were given very tasty sweet chilli crisps while we wait and a extraordinary crispy shrimp taster!
