Telesilla's Burger — Restaurant in Monachil

Reminiscing in our time in Spain. After asking around with some locals for some budget-friendly recommendations, they told us to visit Tellesilla. Luckily it was amazing! They have a limited menu, as they usually cook with available ingredients at the time. I loved that, as the food is fresh. Make sure to ask what’s available apart from the regular menu and you’ll be in for a treat. Their olives are to die for, as they season it themselves. No lie, the best olives in all of Andalucía! We were greeted rather coldly and weren’t even offered a menu. We had to call the waitress ourselves to finally place our order, despite the fact that the cafe was almost empty. At first, they brought us the wrong drink, but okay, it’s not a big deal. What’s more interesting, though, is that the waiters here use a sneaky marketing trick - they offer you a choice of side dishes for your main course without mentioning that they’re not included in the already quite high price. As a result, most dishes end up costing astronomical amounts, but you only find out when you get the bill. Hace alrededor de 1 semana mi pareja y yo nos acercamos a este sitio a tomar algo. En un primer momento, el servicio de camareros de la barra nos hizo esperar un mínimo de 15 minutos hasta que fuimos atendidos, para simplemente pedir un café con leche y un chocolate caliente. Después, cuando llevábamos un rato en el establecimiento, uno de los camareros nos expulsó repentinamente del mismo alegando que "llevábamos 1 hora acaramelados" de una forma tremendamente maleducada y agresiva, intentando hacerse el gracioso y dejarnos en evidencia delante del resto de la clientela. Parece ser que en este establecimiento no se permite ninguna muestra de cariño en público, y que la comunicación con los clientes se realiza mediante las técnicas del cuñaísmo, simplemente lamentable. Contestación: A colación de vuestra respuesta, añado: para empezar, por el comentario que ponéis se percibe que ni si quiera sabéis ni de lo que habláis, ya que estábamos en la barra y no en una mesa, y respondéis casi un año después del suceso.
