DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! I brought my little sister to spain for her birthday holiday and we wanted to try different restaurants and traditional dishes. We came to this restaurant for dinner and it was by far the worst thing i experienced today!. We were given the menu and we picked what we wanted, firstly we wanted a platter to share and they said we had to pay €62.00 per person which would total €124.00 which makes no sense to me really cos its a “platter” to share so why pay per person. So i decided to pick something else and we can both order what we wanted individually. I tried to order my meal and the waiter said to me that my meal is too large for one person so i asked him can i share it with sister then and he said yes. I asked again does that mean i would have to pay per person , he said no as it is a meal to share anyway. I made sure to confirm!!. We proceeded to order drinks, waited 10-15 mins for that . Everyone that came after us got their meal except us , which made me confused and i proceeded to ask the waitress how long our meal would take to arrive, she said 20-30 minutes and said something to her other coworker and started laughing/smirking. That made it about 45 minutes that i was waiting for our meal. Long story short we had our meal and i asked for the bill, the beal was double what i was expecting. They doubled the price of the meal so i questioned why and he said it was £22.50 pp and i said but i confirmed with you and you told me a different thing. He proceeded to get his manager, i explained everything to his manager, the waiter left me with the manager and the manager was completely rude and dismissive. He kept saying he would pull the CCTV camera which made no sense once again cos why are you not questioning your waiter??!. He proceeded to slam the bill on the table and said “how would you like to pay, cash or card”? and i was honestly disappointed because he didn’t try to apologise, understand me or even offer some sort of compensation. We ordered the grilled seafood plate for two people and it was very delicious and the girl serving us was very nice too. Nevertheless, we had a very very bad experience in the end because of the restaurant manager. After we paid we had to go to the toilet before heading to our next destination. When we were heading out the manager came and asked us if we paid and we said yes. He responded with "no you haven't" and we were really confused what is happening because we never experienced that customer have to proof that they have already paid😅😅 I think that this is the job of the restaurant to make it sure and at least be nice and polite if there was some confusion. But we didn't get any of the nice attitude. We were just told multiple times that we didn't pay. After the manager checked the payment, which was of course there, he didn't apologize for his misunderstoodment but started to argue with us because we were not that happy to be treated that way. At the end we said "This js ridoculous" and he responded with "YOU are ridiculous, relax its holiday!" So we were angry about the situation and his attitude but he just started to attack us? 😂 And also talked about the spanish way, so the spanish way is to treat customer bad, attack them and tell them to relax at the end? Also before we got back to the restaurant to have at least an apology we called the restaurant because we didn't really wamt to make a scene there and were already some meters away. But this restaurant manager just apruptly hung up so we had to get back to the restaurant. All the other waiters were extremely nice. So food is very good but we will not recommend this restaurant simply because of...

Most of the service was friendly, but very slow. We had to wave them down for literally anything.

For our small child we ordered pasta without sauce, as she is a picky eater in restaurants. Apparently the only option from the restaurant was the full kids menu for €15. That menu would include a drink and dessert. We were never asked which drink or dessert she wants and didn't get any -- but still charged the full €15 at the end. When asking about this they insisted that we ordered the kids menu and have to pay. There is sooo much wrong about this:

  1. Very inflexible menu for kids, we really just needed a small bowl of pasta (which is not possible?!). All other restaurants I've ever been to (many!) will charge you 3-5€ for that or even give it for free.
  2. Bad service. If indeed you want to serve a full menu, then you need to ask the customer which of the menu items you want. Never happened. But then still charge for it?
  3. Lack of empathy. I mean seriously how would you feel if you're charged €15 for some plain pasta? Exactly...
  4. Bad "aftertaste". This argument is the last impression of the evening for both customer and host. We're both unhappy.
  5. Bad business. Ultimately we weren't charged for the kids menu, and while we still offered a tip (for the other friendly waiters), it was rejected. You left money on the table and we're never coming back. And you got a bad review here, too.

Now, for the actual food. Quite overpriced for what it is. We both had a grilled fish with one side. Yes, you can choose just one. Quite empty looking plate. My salmon was dry/overcooked. Bad value overall. I'm happy to pay money for good food, but in our case the value...

Still with this feeling we waited to be seated and asked if it is oké if we could order in English , speak English? The responds from the waiter was with a attitude ; do you speak spanish??? Like he was offended that we asked him this question. We order paella and some kids menu for my kid. The presentation was beautiful and we hoped that it would also taste good but unfortunately it was so salty even more salty then the taste of the sea. One would think that they put the whole salt bin 🧂. I never experienced this once and we have eaten paella so many times but never like this. while eating it started to rain , harder en harder. People were seated inside and nobody helped us to go inside with all the food. Just walking past us like we were not there.. We felt very unwelcoming. We paid and left the food unfinished. Dont know if it was our bad luck with the food but the service was not great at all. And i have to say that is a shame for such a beautiful place. My advise for the staff: treat everyone equally not only the locals but also the toerist visiting beautiful Mallorca.

My wife found this place on Google and the reviews seemed good. It was a VERY bad experience. My wife's sea bass was overcooked. Not bad, but nothing special either. I ordered the seafood spaghetti. When I started chewing on the prawn, I noticed that there was sand in it. My wife asked the manager to come over to see for himself. He swiftly started defending himself and his restaurant and told us it was "normal". His exact words: "It's not sand, it's the intestines". I was shocked. I asked him why he gave me prawns with the intestines still inside and he replied: "It's normal, we do that always here". The manager was very unapologetic and arrogant. He asked us: "what do you want!?" We didn't want anything. We just wanted an apology. But he refused to use the word sorry. After I got angry about his arrogant manners, I told him that we would appreciate an apology for the VERY BAD experience. That was the moment he said sorry. We paid almost €90,- for a pasta, grilled sea bass, and a bottle of wine. They use their location and good-looking restaurant to get people in. Don't go here. There are much better places for less money where you will get a good dining experience. Message to the manager: Work on your manners!

My wife found this place on Google and the reviews seemed good. It was a VERY bad experience. My wife's sea bass was overcooked. Not bad, but nothing special either. I ordered the seafood spaghetti.
