I would give this place zero stars if I could. Unfortunately, I had the worst restaurant experience I have ever had here. I have Coeliac disease, and so I cannot eat gluten. Most restaurants are very aware of this.
I googled Brunchit beforehand, and it said they do gluten free options, and the food looked fantastic. Me and my partner were on our summer vacation, so we decided to go. We were served by a man in a blue T-shirt, who asked what we would like to drink. I asked if the milkshakes were gluten free. He started sarcastically questioning “how can a drink have gluten in?”. He proceeded to laugh at me in disbelief and patronise me, continuing to tell me “these are fresh juices, how can this have gluten? This is milkshake, there is no gluten in milk is there?” He was truly so incredibly rude and was essentially mocking me. For your information, for future customers with allergies, gluten is present in many milkshakes and hot chocolates, through the form of barley or brownies in your milkshakes. So maybe let someone explain why they are asking, before mocking them.
The man kept interrupting me, and would not let me finish and explain why I was asking, and made me upset, because I felt so uncomfortable. I felt so awkward so I just ordered the milkshake, as he said there was no gluten. The milkshakes were lovely, don’t get me wrong.
When we ordered our food and it arrived, it was the worst brunch I had ever had. It looked beautiful, but it was bland and tasteless. The salmon was too chewy and tasted cheap. The gluten free bread was also very strange and it just wasn’t nice for the higher price at Brunchit. My partner does eat gluten, and he said his sandwich was awful. The meat was chewy and hard, and it tasted unseasoned and bland. The truffle mayonnaise that was stated on the menu for his meal, was one small dollop. I ate some of my meal.
When the man came over, he saw my unfinished meal, and asked me why I didn’t like it. I said it was bland and had little taste, and just wasn’t nice. He replied to me saying “I have had 700 of these ordered, and everyone likes it.” If you read your reviews, I think you would find not everyone likes your food. The server then asked my partner, who said the same thing, bland and no taste.
The server man was so rude and made me feel wrong for being there, and so small, and treated me like I was stupid. He did take our orders off our bill, which was the only right thing he did.
I recommend you never go here, especially if you have allergies to foods, or don’t want to be spoken to disrespectfully, or just like good food. They do not have the knowledge for serving customers with allergies....
Read moreThe dining experience at this restaurant has its highs and lows. On the positive side, the culinary offerings are praiseworthy, featuring delectable dishes that showcase the kitchen's proficiency. The coffee, while not exceptional, falls into the "alright" category, and the cappuccino stands out for its notably rich and milky texture, providing a pleasant note to the meal.
Regrettably, the commendable culinary journey takes a hit when it comes to the service. Placing an order proved to be a test of patience, consuming a considerable 20 minutes before the order was officially lodged. To exacerbate matters, the arrival of the food was another 20-minute ordeal. The peculiar setup, where different staff members handle orders and food delivery, introduces an unnecessary delay and inconvenience.
Attempting to make adjustments to the order added another layer of frustration. When seeking alterations from the staff member delivering the food, the response received was far from accommodating. A rather blunt and impolite suggestion to await the arrival of another staff member, responsible for taking orders, left a sour taste in what should have been a seamless dining experience.
The disjointed communication between order and delivery staff contributed to an unwelcoming atmosphere. A dining experience should ideally flow seamlessly, but the lack of coordination among the staff detracted from the overall enjoyment. While the culinary offerings showcased the kitchen's skill, the service aspect requires attention and improvement to provide a more...

The “Eggcelent” features perfectly poached eggs atop a bed of fresh greens and artisanal bread, while the Canadian pancakes are fluffy stacks drizzled with maple syrup and topped with seasonal fruits.
For those seeking plant-based options, Brunchit doesn’t disappoint. The menu includes vegan-friendly choices such as avocado toast, vegan pancakes, and açai bowls, all clearly labeled and crafted with care. Patrons have noted the generous portions and the availability of plant-based milks for coffee and smoothies.
