The Ship Nerja — Restaurant in Nerja

The waitress was for the second time - rude and unwelcoming. i would not recommend this place. Tables dirty and i had to ask for a cloth to clean it I asked for a simple cheese and tomato baguette and was told the kitchen was closed yet they had menus sitting on the tables.! i said maybe take the menus away if that's the case as it's misleading . I was informed she had better things to do and that it had always been this way. The very last time i will give them a penny - cleanliness debatable ...menus all sticky and dirty and like someone else said,busier than they deserve ! Such a shame that our experience last night was not that of our numerous previous visits over the many years that we have been coming to Nerja. We always look forward to our nightly visits to the Ship but after last night and the way in which we were spoken to by one of the bar staff we will be boycotting. This place was always such a fun and friendly bar with great staff who knew how to look after their customers.
