Cafetería Jamaica | Snack Bar & Restaurante Nerja — Restaurant in Nerja

We have been going to the Jamaica Snack bar for around 10 years, a lovely family run business, very friendly with excellent service. We arrived in Nerja on the 6th March and next day went to the Jamaica only to find it closed for refurbishment. We returned this morning to find an amazing change, beautifully refurbished and enjoyed the same excellent service. We love going there while in Nerja and will continue to do so, hopefully for many years to come, Malcolm and Jackie

We waited over an hour for tasteless food, everything was bland and dry. The server forgot my girlfriends meal and managed to wait another 15 minutes before she got her food. By that time everyone else was close to done. So it was frustrating having to deal with this. Customer service was alright, some servers had a RBF, which is pretty unprofessional. We’re young folks so it was a shame to see servers discriminate us for a bias reasons, they would go give preference to the older tourist. I wouldn’t recommend this place as there’s better restaurants out...

Well the 1st thing we did when getting back to Nerja was drop cases off & go get a drink and a garlic bread (which is the best in town & cheap) Got there and was immediately recognised by Antonio from the previous year, what a nice surprise The food is very good and reasonably priced drinks are cheap and very good measures The staff are helpful good natured and always friendly, with special thanks to Benjamin for his explanations of the food and drinks always goes the extra mile So in short great place, great service and great people thank you...
