To all who wish to come and eat here I strongly advise you not to, service null null null null, they must not deceive you with the Halal thing, be careful ⚠️.
We were there yesterday my friend and I, we asked for two tajines (chicken and beef complete za3ma with fries) he added extra fries that I did not order but I have to pay for it knowing that the fries were included in the order, apart from that we waited more than 40 minutes to have the order, he put down small pieces of bread and charged us for it with 1.50 €, apart from talking about a lack of kindness, a smile. During the 40 minutes we only drink tea he did not even put down something to nibble on zitouns or less or bread with butter or anything. The chairs are not comfortable at all if you are more than 1.65cm forget about something called comfort.
And also too expensive, I live in Brussels in the center of Brussels you will never pay a tajine like the one in the picture at 18€ (impossible) except the chic restaurants which deserve to pay more because of the landscape and professional service.
If you are looking to eat Halal or Maghrebi food I advise you not to come here.
Best regards.

Read moreWe ate here yesterday with the three of us and shared 1 starter, 4 main dishes and a dessert. I forgot to make a picture of the beef Tajin sorry!! I also didn’t make a picture of the nice courtyard we were seated in, but it was really cosy.
We had an amazing experience here and I couldn’t choose wish dish I liked the most, but if I had to choose I think I would go for the chicken couscous with the combination of the tender chicken meat with the soft plums and nuts with a little bite.
However, we shared everything and I would recommend that to anyone, to get a lot more recipes you can taste. To finish, we had a briwat, baklava and another sweet treat with a nice green tea with orange blossom and apple (you should try!).
On top of the amazing food, the service from the owner was amazing and he was really kind to us even though he couldn’t 100% understand English. One point of critique is that the tables and chairs are not that comfortable, especially for people that are a little bit on the taller side (I am 1.88) but this is not something that bothered me that much.
I would come back just for the sweet guy, but the second thing I would come back for is the food!! Best...
Read moreA little disappointed tbh after reading the reviews and then experiencing for ourselves. The guy serving was friendly however with only 2-3 tables felt could have been more attentive.
My wife's dish, a beef tagine was revealed and luckily I mentioned for her to start as my dish came 20 mins later. For my dish however there was no warning and I unfortunately had to chase for it in the end. The delay should have been explained and one way of dealing with it would have been to offer me a drink whilst I waited and my wife ate hers on her own.
For the tagine - meat was tender and a good dish with large chunky vegetables, well presented.
Mine when it arrived was a chicken pastry with almonds and honey - and literally was just that, came with nothing else (which was tbf as stated on the menu). Flavours were delicate and was a good sized portion. However I found the dish to be a bit bland after initial bites and far too dry especially with icing sugar on top which aesthetically was pleasing but didn't help. It needed something to cut through.
I personally can't recommend, however, with a few tweaks am sure these things can...
