Just a touristic place , with low quality food. I was not expected to find such a bad restaurant in Mallorca. Starters we couldn’t eat till the end, fried squid was just a few pieces the rest fried somth that you don’t wanna eat. The octopus with too much salt. Paella was with so much oil…and rice is done really bad. Shock moment is when they gave as bread and we should have pay for it in the end…normally in the restaurants you get bread for free or it stays in the menu and you order it yourself . They brought it themselves and wanted as to pay 3,90€ for just 2 pieces of old bread And Sangria 1 litre was just like a juice , felt like it was without wine at all, just cheap somth from the packet and for 20€!! Service also terrible , I was reading menu and the plate was covered with it. The waiter put the bread on my menu (!!) and then made a knife fell on me without even apologising. When my husband tried to put more food on my plate the waiter run up to him from the back and ripped the plate out of his hands

We found this place on a review site as one of the top 10 restaurants for paella. It started off with a waiter how wasn't really all that friendly. We didnt have a reservation, and there wasn't room anymore inside (upstairs with a view over the harbor). We got A table outside besides the busy street. We ordered paella with shrimp and fish. We got the pan and one of the more friendly waiters, put it on a table out of sight for both me and my gf (which was a bit od). We started eating and the taste was a bit bland and the fish was so far done that you didnt feel it in you mouth, the rice was also overdone. The good thing was that the amount of shrimp inside the dish was quite good (no searching for your shrimp) When we tried to get the bill, it took 15 min to finally get it, which let to us almost missing our bus. Which was a inconvenience. Overall I think this doesn't belong in the top 10, as we had beter paella the day before in S'Arenal. And the location was too busy.

This is the twelfth time I've been to Spain, but the dinner here at this restaurant was definitely one of the best ever! Everything was exquisite: we had pulpo a la gallega (it melted in our mouths!), fritto mallorquín (delicious), and finished with an incredible, fabulous lobster paella! The desserts (also typical of Mallorca, especially the Gato' de Almendra, a traditional almond cake) were amazing. Not to mention the Sangria, made fresh... absolutely DELICIOUS! In short, everything was fantastic, and we couldn't have hoped for a better end to our vacation. But not only that: the service, especially Sandro's attention, was incredible; we felt pampered from the first to the last minute, learned so much about the island and the hospitality of its people, and Sandro is a true STAR! Highly recommended!

I will preface this by saying this is my first google review and I am generally cautious of reviews. After having been fired from a service industry job after the restaurant received a negative yelp review, I try to balance reviews from people who are just having bad days and those who are providing a fair criticism. I hope this falls into the latter.

I am willing to believe that the food here was once good and warranted the positive reviews- it no longer does. The sangria was good but nothing special. The bread they served was stale. We got the gambas al ajilo as an appetizer and it had no flavor whatsoever despite being a simple dish….prawns, chillies, garlic, and oil. Oh- and there was a hair in it. Our main was the prawn and fish paella which was also nearly flavorless, clearly used frozen shrimp, and had none of the characteristic crunchy rice despite being presented rather theatrically from a traditional paella dish.

The only reason I gave 2 stars rather than 1 is that when we didn’t finish the paella our waiter asked if we wanted to take it away to which I responded “we didn’t like it.” The server could clearly read my entire demeanor and brought us a complimentary mallorcan apperitiff.

Your money and time would be better spent elsewhere. In hindsight it looks suspicious how many of the 5 star reviews come from...

Very disappointing experience. Only a few staffs barely speak English and one staff just went away when we asked some questions in English and never returned. I expected her to bring another colleague who can speak English but it didn’t happen. Thus we spent almost 30 minutes to make the first order using Google translator. That arrogant staff never returned to us til the end. 😂

Second complaint was about the food. It tasted okay, but soon we found a plastic piece (about 1.5cm x 1.5cm) in it. We summoned a staff and showed it to her. She looked surprised and told us it is a part of a utensil they use to wash the shells. The other staff told us that they can remake the food, but we lost our appetite completely at that point.

The last but not least problem happened when we wanted to pay after having the above issue. The bill they brought to me was including a bottle of wine (20€) that we didn’t order. I immediately complained about it and they brought the correct one.

To the owner: Now can you see why I gave you only one star? Say something if you have any excuse. I would never...
