Mercadona — Local services in Palma

Awful. I bought a fish called llampuga. I found what you can see be very similar to a parasite. Specifically, very similar to anisakis. This kind of things may happen, but what's not acceptable is the behaviour of the workers when I went there to change the good. The blond lady who sells the fish said that that thing was a piece belonging to the fish and refused to change it with another fish. I challenge anybody to say the thing in the picture isn't some kind of worm. Secondly, since parasites are very risky for human health, even the mere DOUBT of that being a parasite should have lead to change the fish. How can anybody put at risk the health of another human being just to for not changing a...

Uff what can I say. Been going here every week for 17 years. I love that it is the same staff and they are nice. My Mercadona is the smallest one so they often take away products which drives me crazy. The chicken is full of water and Mercadona... All Mercadona... Have a terrible presentation.. Cheap looking. Mine is literally a block away, so I keep going there, but admit that I enjoy other supermarket experiences more...either because they have a greater selection of brands or because the presentation is more elegant or because the quality is superior. I feel guilty almost for this confession because I like the staff at the one...

Es un supermercado de mediano tamaño, en el que sólo venden productos de "uso diario", por decirlo de algún modo. NO VENDEN: sillas, libros, plantas, ropa, electrodomésticos, etc. Tiene una excelente marca blanca, con productos a muy buenos precios. En cuanto a productos frescos, como frutas, verduras, pescados..., es algo caro y con menos variedad, en comparación con Carrefour, por ejemplo, pero su línea de ensaladas listas para aliñar, están muy bien. En Mercadona puedes encontrar: galletas dulces y saladas, productos propios de su horno, caramelos, chocolates, helados, leche de diferentes tipos, yogures, gelatinas, zumos, tartas, cafés, infusiones, enlatados, productos del mar frescos y congelados, carnes envasadas de cordero, vaca, cerdo, pollo y pavo, vinos y licores, frutos secos, aliños, aceites y vinagres, harinas, quesos y embutidos, claras de huevo, gaspacho, salmorejo, comidas preparadas listas para calentar y comer, agua, productos de belleza, baño y limpieza, alimentos y productos para animales, ambientadores, etc. En cuanto al personal del supermercado, son todos...
