We stayed for 5 nights and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel looks great aesthetically. It's modern, clean with good facilities. Indoor and outdoor pool, sauna, steam room and fitness suite.||||We booked a Solarium Room which was spacious and comfortable. The best part was the back doors that opened directly onto the pool area. Although the shower cubicle being in the middle of the room was a bit unusual. The room was cleaned daily, and the free mini bar was restocked which was great.||||The pool area opens at 10am and we never had an issue getting sunbeds, even later in the day. The lifeguard/towel bloke was great at removing towels from beds that were being reserved or unoccupied for a period of time. Just note that some areas of the pool only get sun for around four hours. The terrace area was mainly in the sun all day but you have to walk downstairs to the pool area and pool bar. The pool bar food was really good, though quite expensive.||||Breakfast in the buffet was decent. Plenty of variety with cereals, pastries, fruits, salads, etc. However, the cooked breakfast was often oily and occasionally cold. We also tried dinner at the hotel’s Syndeo restaurant but wouldn’t bother with it again.||||The bar area itself is lovely and the drinks are great, but again, quite pricey.||||One of the highlights was the staff. They were all excellent, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay.||||Our only real negative was being mistakenly charged for a cocktail that was purchased and signed for at the pool bar but it wasn’t us. Thankfully it was resolved, but something to be mindful of.||||The location worked fine for us, though you’ll need a taxi to get into the city centre. Read moreI had a great experience staying in this hotel for a week in 2019. I decided to go again this year hoping for the same but I was let down. I appreciate that the pandemic hit the touristic industry hard, specially in Mallorca. I hope this is the reason why I had such a bad experience. The day of my arrival, the plane got delayed due to bad weather and I ended up arriving to the hotel after 10pm. I decided to go to the restaurant, hoping for a quick snack before bed. However, they made me wait at least 40 minutes and then they arrived with the wrong order. The day after, I asked for a coffee on the outside and after waiting good 20 minutes, I went to see the waiter again. He forgot and offered me to give me the beverages for free. A few days after, I asked for some hot food next to the pool. It arrived cold. The staff member seem angry and did not apologise. At this point I started to see a pattern. The big issue was about to come though. During the second day, I noticed a big puddle inside of the room and some water leaking from the light. I notified the desk, they made me wait 20-30 minutes for a handyman. It was annoying to make me wait, but it was fixed. However, on the evening of the same day, the puddle was there again. I asked the desk and they were sending the same person. I asked for a change of room and the person was very rude and talked over me. After losing my patience, they eventually agreed to give me a new room. In summary, the staff seem either super busy or completely disinterested. They are rude, and don't seem to care about the guests. I felt ignored and I had to lose my patience to get a decent attention. I think this is unacceptable for an allegedly 4 star hotel. Read moreWhere do I start, lovely looking hotel, location not the best, but if you like a walk and dont mind a few hills/steps its ok.||||The welcome, well there wasnt any, no information provided about the hotel or any guidance at all, other than your room is on the 3rd floor that way by way of an arm indication!!||||Not enough sun beds around the pool. There were some at the indoor pool, we asked the life guard if we could use those and he said no, but after complaining he brought a couple out. This was not even peak season and other than a bar stool or a very over priced Bali bed to sit on, we had members of our party laying on the floor.||||The pool bar always had queues and again unfortunately the staff was not friendly or welcoming. The bar food, although the portion sizes was great, the quality was not there for the price paid, so we resulted in eating out for lunch.||||The room was a decent size with a comfy bed, no complaints there.||||Final part, theft...... one of our party had a top stolen (unfortunately it was a designer one, left out on the bed).||||A cleaner, whilst on our way out asked the occupants of the room, if they wanted the room cleaned. When we arrived back the room was not cleaned and once the theft had been discovered they approached the reception and the management said it may have gone to laundry, a black top with a white sheet!! The hotel confirmed that the cleaner had accessed the room whilst we was out, and they was very rude wiht no empathy.||||There was no customer service and they did not want anything to do with it, or even give an apology.
