Atipico — Restaurant in Palma

We stumbled upon Atipico last night and we're so glad we did!! Our server was so attentive and friendly and made sure that we had the best meal experience ever 👌 There was no drinks menu because they were making adjustments but she listed out all the drinks they had and could make for us! The food was amazing and the chef even came out to give us extra portions of bacon for our pasta! I highly recommend having the Italian white wine with your dinner and getting the bruschetta smash and croquette to share then ending it with one of the pasta dishes. This is one of those places where I feel bad giving a negative review because the service was excellent. However, I have to be honest—while the pizza wasn’t terrible, it really lacked flavor. I ordered a pepperoni pizza, and it had an unexpected sweetness, which was a first for me. The dough was decent, but I would recommend adding more spices and salt to the tomato sauce, as well as changing the pepperoni and mozzarella, which didn’t have much taste. I looked for the restaurant on Google maps and went for its high ratings. I'm glad I did. I was dining alone as I'm a solo traveller and I was made to feel welcome and looked after.
