Cafetería Celta, Pizzeria & Restaurant — Restaurant in Palma

Very poor customer service, I've been to this restaurant today .We just sat down, as there wasn't any menu card at the take,my fiance got one from another table. The waiter came and asked what do we want,as we didn't have a chance to have a look so I asked for few minutes.His attitude wasn't friendly at all. When we were ready to order he came to our table he was really rude.I was feeling really hot and i was waving menu card at mt face as we were sitting right in the sun. He has started to tell me off in a really rude way and told us to leave the restaurant. I've askes for the menagaer and his name, he refused to tell me. I have never been treated in such a rude way.I would never reccomend this restaurant to anyone.I don't know how is the food as we left but I know this waiter shouldn't be working in customer...

We wanted to have a sit for lunch. The waiter was so impolite as he wanted to check if we were sweating as he does not want people sweating on his cushions seat! Under 36 degrees obviously people sweat!!.. Unfriendly and not polite. There are son many other nice and friendly places in Playa de Palma with...

Muy buena ubicación, un lugar amplio, por esa razón tiene 2 estrellas, no me gusto porque un día lleno de sol, con calor te provoca tomarte una cerveza bien fría, y la pides de esa manera y no te la traen así, significa que no están pendiente del cliente, al pedir que me la cambiaran no noté ninguna empatia ni agrado, no estoy diciendo que hubo mala atención, sino que tampoco brilló lo contrario, salvo a la hora de cobrar que allí si parece que sonrieron, no lo sé porque la mascarilla no dejaba ver! P.D.Tampoco ponen tapa...
