We spent all day in Palma and it was nice city with pleasant people. But this place was disappointing in all ways. First of all, it does not taste like real gelato, so how it is gelateria? Of course scoop of iceream is nothing comparing to behaviour of the owner. The attitude of old lady was Soviet Union vibes. Ant it is very rude to grab customers water bottles that we brought in, please keep your germs on your hands, lady, because it is nasty. Also, owner pretends they don’t have restroom with a no entry sign on the restroom door and removed handle. Service was terrible and the old lady who spoke little English kept on saying the cold drinks were to take away. We sat in anyway as we had also bought a coffee. We all wanted to use the toilet but we were to scared to ask for the key that was held behind the till. As we were leaving the old lady asked us to pay we told her we had paid already but she insisted that we pay again luckily we kept the receipt and showed it to her then left. I will never visit this place again....
