Today, my boyfriend bought a gelato in this store first. The staff there had a very bad expression and were not enthusiastic at all. After he bought it, I wanted to try the pistachio-flavored one. We said it five times before the female clerk gave me a spoonful to taste. The second time I bought three balls, I changed the shop assistant, but he still had a very bad look on his face. When he was making ice cream for me, he didn't press it tightly and it was very loose. When I was filling the first ball, I wondered if it could be filled steadily. When I was about to pay, two balls dropped directly and then I hit two more balls and still had to pay. She paid 14.5 euros for the pos machine. My boyfriend and I both thought that the lemon flavor was extremely sour and not as good as the one next door. Most importantly, my mood was very bad. Caro y Malo. Yesterday we tried it for the first time, 11 euros for one small (one scoop) and a medium cup (2 scoops). I wanted a small cup and the waitress insisted I should rather have a bigger one, my partner gave up and took the “normal” one, finally after asking 3 times, they went to look for the small cups, which were not even exposed. Prices are not exposed. When we are about to pay, I see they are charging us 29,9 euros, so I tell them straight they can keep the ice-cream if that’s the price. The waitress finally double checks and charges us 11,00 euros. Terrible experience. There is nothing artisanal or “deluxe” about this icecream, taste is very industrial and flavored....
