When walking past this place and seeing the tapas from the outside, your first impression might easily be that it looks fantastic and very appetizing. However, once inside, the experience changes quite drastically. The service was incredibly poor and unprofessional.
After sitting down and seeing the prices, it became clear. We ordered two Aperol Spritz to which we needed to add the Spritz by ordering some additional soda. Our drinks were noticeably more expensive. This left us quite disappointed.
Additionally, when cold drinks are brought to the table, it would be a basic courtesy to place something under the glasses. The moisture quickly made the table wet and slippery, causing the glasses to slide around and leaving little dry space for personal belongings. Bringing napkins along with the drinks would also be a very simple but helpful touch.
Another strange aspect was that although staff members were taking drink orders at the table, when we wanted to order food, we were told to get up and place the order separately inside. This is simply absurd and unnecessary.
Despite its appealing appearance from the outside, this place turned out to be very ordinary, overpriced, and clearly designed for tourists who happen to stop by. We left quite disappointed and will...
Read moreIt's a shame as the food looks great on the display which was the reason we came in to try. We only shared a plate of Iberian Ham for 2 which was impossible to fault but the service is painful to experience. One of the waiter's attitude is laughable. Doesn't give a flying * to anything. Short passive agressive response to request with a cheeky grind. The few tables around us were complaining about the long wait for their orders. 20 minutes for a lady's salad. Our sharing Iberian Ham plate took a good 15 minutes to come out. Not sure if the owner still cares but a team of staffs like this could ruin your business. They didn't look like they like each other. Communication between them is almost zero which leads to a very slow and inefficient...

It is a little gem tucked away with seating inside and outside, and perfect for relaxing with a glass of something and trying the superb selection of ready made tapas offerings.

You pick your items from the counter and they warm them up in a small oven within a couple of minutes for you to enjoy.
Excellent place to unwind. Friendly staff and very reasonably...
