La Velo Brewery — Restaurant in Palma

Sporting a large selection of both their original beers on tap, as well some others in a fridge, it's a place well worth visiting. I'm not sure how well known it is outside of the beer-enthusiast circle (guilty as charged), but I think it would be a wonderful destination for anyone looking for a tasty drink. It really reminds me of my own local breweries from Belgrade, Dogma and Docker. As such, I greatly enjoyed this place! The atmosphere is urban and warm, but I have to make a special mention of the waitress, she speaks great English and is incredibly polite and welcoming. Actually, I'm saying this a lot for Mallorca. Smashburger: Plenty of pickles: check. Cheese: check. Crispy bacon: check. Ketchup: check. Soft bun: check. Smashed thin, well-seasoned patty with crispy edges: check. It checks all the boxes. Only thing missing is the ability to add extra patties (unless I missed something). Smashburgers' thinness is ideal for adding an optional second or third patty (just please don't overcharge for it). Wonderful beer, amazing food, friendly service, and a splendid environment. I would recommend this place to everyone traveling through Mallorca. They speak English very well and are very knowledgeable about beer. I’ve travelled through Spain a couple times. I’ve been through Madrid, the north with Galicia and Asturias, the east with Catalonia, the west with Malaga and Sevilla, all the small towns, and the best beer I’ve had in all of Spain is here at la velo brewery.
