Klüg Burgers — Restaurant in Palma

I enjoyed having my dinner here today. I decided to try the restaurant as I had their burgers on the Mallorca burger festival and for me, klüg’s burger was by far my favorite. There was a nice smokiness to the bacon burger, a lot of pepper on the beef but that is something that I personally enjoy a lot. The bacon was super flavorful and nice beef.

My friend had the Crispy Big M, nice crunchy chicken that was decent in size.

The fries could be a bit more fried but had a nice seasoning on them which I enjoyed along with my cheddar dip sauce. All In all, good!

We proceeded to have dessert, I took the Dubai chocolate brownie and my friend had the carrot cake. I liked the flavor of the brownie but I’m afraid it was a bit dry, nothing that was off-putting but it was in fact dry. Nevertheless, I enjoyed my dessert and so did my friend.

P.S, make sure to take advantage of the happy hour deals they have between 18-20, did not get there in time for it but looked like very good...

I ordered the Big M burger, 300 grams of boniato, and truffle sauce — oh my God, this was absolutely amazing!

Seriously, I loved it. The burger was just perfect: juicy meat, cooked exactly right, melted cheese, fresh ingredients, and the bun — soft but held together beautifully. The boniato was a total highlight: crispy on the outside, soft inside, and with that truffle sauce… just wow.

When I walked in, I waited maybe 7–10 minutes before anyone came over — I wasn’t sure what to expect at first. But once I placed my order, everything moved super fast: my beer arrived in under 3 minutes, and the burger with boniato came in another 5.

I was there three times now and i have to say the burgers are excellent. I tried the big M the bbq and the Emily burger. The big M nice but my least favorite. The bbq is already really really amazing and good. But the Emily is literally the best burger i ever had. And i tried a lot of burgers. The combination is out of this world.
