Without any doubt and after a long research this place offers the best quality speciality coffee in Mallorca. Kind of a laboratory, the machine is always kept in perfect condition, the cleaning and the maintenance, the pressure and the temperature. You could come here anytime, and always get your best coffee so far. The daily offer changes all the time, changing the coffee beans and the origin of the freshly roasted beans. From Ethiopia to Guatemala, even geisha on sale. The team is super talented and educated, keeping up with the latest trends, they will extract you the perfect coffee from any origin. Should it be an espresso, with milk or filter one, no bad taste will meet your tongue. One of the few, if not only places in Mallorca where they serve nitro coffee in summertime. Some cookies you will find always in the shop to accompany the coffee, don't miss the peanut butter cookie, is a must. Wholesale of coffee beans and merchandising, if you are a coffee lover, for sure you won't leave the place with bare hands. Though the place is quite hidden, don't miss it out if you wander in the narrow streets of the old...

This is a nice specialty coffee shop on a historic and elegant tree-lined boulevard: La Rambla.

La Rambla comes from the Arabic word ramla, meaning “sandy riverbed”. Originally, this area was the riverbed of the “Torrente de la Riera”, which was diverted after a devastating flood at the beginning of the 15th century. The old riverbed was then converted into today’s avenue in the 19th century. You can still sense its topography. It lies slightly lower than the surrounding areas. Plaza de España feels like a small hilltop.

Anyways what I was saying… Oh cafe yes… Finally, a specialty coffee shop that actually serves good coffee! The espresso is very good with balanced acidity and earthy aromas. I think it’s the best I’ve had so far on the island. The atmosphere is also pleasant unless an annoying loud German group shows up and ruins it… It’s definitely on the expensive side and I don’t understand the point of self-service in a place like this. But otherwise it’s a...

What a unique place!

Stopped by for a quick coffee with a friend before our nearby meeting. Although the place wasn’t busy, the drinks took quite a while to prepare. We decided to go inside and change the order to take away, but by then they were just being made.

As we were short on time, I asked for two ice cubes on the side to cool my coffee faster. To my surprise, the staff asked me to make an additional card payment of €0.50 for the ice cubes. I was curious and asked why the charge was applied. The staff member seemed unsure but explained that they offer iced coffee on the menu at a higher price, so he had to charge extra.

The service was poor, the coffee was small and didn’t taste great. Amazing location — but...
