El Patio de Gloria — Restaurant in Palma

I came here during my stay at the hotel. We were told that a two star Michelin chef works with the restaurant, therefore expectations were high.

The food was very delicious, and portions were bigger than expected. The drinks from the bar are also very tasty and well made. The bartender is very knowledgeable and can create something for you if you cannot decide.

Due to the summer heat, our appetites were smaller than expected, so the meal was very big, but very enjoyable.

The only thing that I would change is the rushed experienced. It started to feel a bit chaotic during the meal and rushed, but around 23:30 it started to slow down. The menu is in English, Spanish and German and the staff can speak multiple languages to assist you.

An absolute gem in Palma! The food here is excellent, but what truly sets El Patio de Gloria apart is the exceptional service – the kind you rarely experience. The waiters are incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely take the time for each guest. Little details I personally appreciate, like having the table carefully cleaned of crumbs between courses, show the level of care they put into every part of the dining experience.

While Palma offers plenty of places with good food, what makes this restaurant unforgettable is the combination of its beautiful, elegant rooms, the warm atmosphere, and the live piano music from a talented pianist. Together with the outstanding team, they turn a delicious dinner into an absolutely wonderful evening.

Avoid at all costs!!! An absolute con merchant. We had a big celebration planned for 18 people which we had been liaising on for weeks and were told the booking was for the wrong night (even though we had weeks of email proof)!! We were put onto the owner who rudely shouted and hung up telling us we were in the wrong. When he eventually realised he was in the wrong we were shepherded off to reception to deal with it ‘quietly’. Rude staff, rude owner - don’t waste your time! They lost our trade but we went to hotel born just down the road who were so hospitable...
