TWINS Chill out — Restaurant in Palma

Absolutely terrible service. We first went in today asking for Shisha and were told there was no shisha and drinks only that night so we left as we specifically wanted Shisha.

After going outside we rang the phone number and got through to who I assume was the owner who said Shisha was available and there may have been a misunderstanding with the staff so we went back.

Upon going back in and looking through the flavours and selecting our Shishas I asked if I could make them as the man behind the bar looked totally incompetent and had no idea how a Shisha should be put together. However I was told that was not possible so we proceeded with him making them in the most appalling way. The place uses instant light charcoal and the way in which the Shisha was made it burnt out in under 20 minutes.

While we were there several customers came in and left as the service was slow and not at all attentive. If the old man continues to serve I this was I can see this place making no money. I would not...

Honestly the best place i’ve been at this vacation, and i’ve been at many places with great views and expensive menus. But this place was better than all of them honestly.

The drinks we’re great, they weren’t too sweet or too strong, they were perfect in other words. And the service, the service was the main reason why we stayed here and didn’t move on. We asked for a charger for the newer iphones, and the owner came with charger after charger with no succes. After he had come with 6 chargers, he went out from the place just to get a wireless charger so i could charge my phone.

This place had the best drinks and service of all the places we tried the whole vacation, and the food was surprisingly good too. We only came here for shisha but stayed until they closed because of how nice the place was. I really...

TWINS sure knows how to roll out the red carpet—if you’re part of their private event. I tried visiting once, only to be told the whole place was reserved. I was graciously offered a seat in the corner for drinks, but shisha? Exclusively for the VIP guests. They even suggested I come back another day. Sure, because I definitely want to risk another round of rejection. Thanks for the unforgettable experience!

In response to the below comment: my visit was on 6 May 2024 and I was rejected as I walked in because of a private event and I’m not on that guest list. Just a waste of time to attempt to commute there and take a chance that the place “might” be fully reserved for a certain private event.
