PONTEGRILL by La Quadra — Restaurant in Pontevedra

I have been to this restaurant twice in the past week and the ribs are really good and tender. Their barbecue sauce is to die for and the waiters are nice. I'm unsure if they speak English (I spoke to them in Spanish). They do more traditional styles of cooking meats from the Americas (slow cooking to get tender meat) and they also offer your more traditional Galician style ribs. The price isn't bad and I believe two people could probably get full off of the 12.50 euros serving of their BBQ Porco Ribs. (I forgot the actual name but it is pork ribs with barbecue sauce). I tried their beef ribs with barbecue sauce which was also delicious but it only comes in one size for one person. Their pulled pork sandwich was tasty too.

The restaurant in general is very clean. The bathrooms are impeccable. The restaurant has an excellent ambiance and is very spacious. I am unsure if the restaurant's bathrooms are wheelchair accessible. The general eating area is if I'm not mistaken.

Everyone should definitely go check out the place, because nowhere else in Pontevedra offers non-Galician ribs as delicious nor as affordable as...

I love that we found ourselves here. We were kicked out of the previous cafe because they were closing and we needed a place that had internet fast. It was raining outside and we were making our way to Burger King? McDonalds? Who knows. Anyway, we walked past this little place and it looked quiet and there was a guy on his laptop - bingo!

We were seated at a booth and the woman serving us was happy to give us the Wifi code and even turn the music down - she was so nice.

The place is famous for it's meat, but I was actually really impressed with it's grilled veggie platter - it was so good! Yay for finding a place with wifi and...

Fuimos a cenar y pedimos Ensalada Cesar que estaba muy salada,eran los langostinos,pero lo pasó a toda la ensalada... Pedimos gambones crijientes ,entrecot y chorizo rojo,nos trajeron el entrecot y cuando le digo que faltaban los gambones, preguntó y nos dice que fué un error al pasar la comanda,pues nada, comimos el entrecot(que estaba bueno)pero nos trajeron chorizo criollo no rojo,que fué el que pedimos y la carne,viene con patatas fritas,o mejor dicho,desechos mezclado con patatas,ya que comimos las patatas enteras que pudimos,el resto era imposible tan tostaso, eso no se sirve en un lugar que pagas por ello...(pongo foto) Decepcionante total,no volveré NO lo recomiendo para nada y lo peor,que ni una disculpa nos ofrecieron...

Contestando a su respuesta... Yo coordino perfectamente,igual usted no,ya que no sabe diferenciar entre un chorizo criollo, qué fue lo que vino y uno rojo, qué fue lo que nosotros pedimos. Y en ningún momento proteste porque el chorizo viniese sin patatas, porque lo leímos en la carta, era chorizo, no chorizo con patatas, lo leí perfectamente no pretenda engañar a la gente y aprenda usted a leer bm. Las patatas,no es que me comiera las bonitas y quedarán las feas, es que venía así de feo todo el plato... Pero bueno que se va a esperar de alguien que no sabe aceptar una crítica y que sigue sin pedir una disculpa por el nefasto servicio...en...
