La Nata — Restaurant in Pontevedra

The people were friendly enough. The staff were slow. They offer "American waffles" which are really Belgian waffles, but didn't have the waffle maker ON so couldn't actually make them. Churros are just not breakfast food. As much as Americans have ridiculous portion sizes, 1 crepe is not enough. Nobody wants 1 crepe filled with 1/2 cup if Nutella, that is way too much Nutella. Seriously, Nutella and bananas or Nutella and strawberries or just a light drizzle of Nutella would be better. Their iced frapes gave any specialty coffee shop in the states a run for their money. But when I ordered one it took 20 minutes to get it because she forgot it the first time. Todo lo que hemos tomado muy bueno pero la atención deja mucho que desear, por lo que veo en comentarios mi comentario no va a sentar bien al local y quizás quede soez al venir de una persona desconocida. No veo correcto que se nos cobre 20 céntimos en cada una de las consumiciones por servicio de terraza y que literalmente se nos invite a levantarnos a pagar. Otros comentarios han sido de tipo “siento que sea tan duro estar en una terraza tomando algo” y que las justificaciones sean que les agobiamos pidiendo 4 veces que se nos cobre, que tienen mal día, el covid y que son 2 personas atendiendo cuando en verdad hemos contado hasta 4 camareros. Siento de verdad la nefasta actitud de la persona que nos ha cobrado y siento profundamente su falta de autocrítica y la desorganización en general. Considero que buena atención no es tirar la cuenta ahí y os cobro todo junto y ya haremos cuentas entre nosotros. Por último resaltar la falta de distancia de seguridad por covid 19 y la limpieza de mesa y sillas porque un trapo sin poner primero desinfectante en 5 sillas e como coger el coronavirus y comertelo a cucharadas. Como en la respuesta denoto cierto enfado y falsedad he de resaltar que hemos utilizado la mascarilla en todo momento (salvo cuando teníamos que llevarnos el gofre a la boca, sentimos no haber aprendido a comer con la mascarilla puesta). La agresividad por otro lado la denotáis vosotros con vuestros comentarios.
