Andrés provided the best service that we’ve had in Spain. Attentive, helpful, and like your cool friend letting you in on a secret.

The marinated tuna with wakame had a unique flavor, delicious and interesting. The croquettes were so good. Loved how creamy they were without diminishing the flavor of the mussels. We loved the crunchy organic veal lasagna. The Galician cheeses provided a complex flavor. My mom couldn’t stop talking about it.

Excellent evening, great food and fantastic service. We had the marinated tina to start delicious melted in the mouth, followed by the tempura fried small fish (perfect) and the beef tongue with rice (fantastic) and finished it off with the goats cheese cheesecake which came warm with white chocolate ice cream and a raspberry coulis. Overall a delicious selection and throughly enjoyed at this basement...

Si hi vas caminant no el trobes de primeres, ja que has de baixar per unes escales. És el restaurant que més ens ha agradat de Pontevedra, un festival gastronòmic amb una relació qualitat-preu boníssima. L’atenció del servei és excel·lent, dominen tots els vins que tenen (per cert, molt ben classificats) i els plats. Es mostren molt atents en tot moment i són molt agradables.

Pel que fa al menjar, tenen una carta àmplia amb diferents tipus de plats, freds, calents… Un plat que ens va fer xalar va ser el tataki d’atún vermell, suau i acompanyat d’una salsa espectacular que li donava un toc fresc i creatiu al plat. També vam provar les croquetes de chocos, impressionants en textura, cremositat i gust, felicitats. Ens va sorprendre molt el “bonito” a la planxa amb salsa d’ametlles. Per fora estava fet amb el gust característic del peix i la planxa, però per dins estava més cru. Es desfeia a la boca, i el combinat dels dos punts de cocció li quedava molt bé, junt a la salsa i a un lleuger toc de soja.

Finalment vam arribar a les postres i no van ser menys que els plats anteriors. Un pastís de formatge de cabra excepcional, calent i fet amb bon producte.
