Absolutely disgraceful service. I went to buy a bubble waffle, and the man behind the counter was shockingly rude from the moment I stepped up. He barked at me when I tried to choose my toppings, rolled his eyes constantly, and acted like I was wasting his time just for being there.

It was clear that he was struggling with English, but that is not an excuse to treat customers like garbage. If you can't handle speaking to people politely, you shouldn't be working in customer service, especially not in a place where communication is part of the job.

This man's attitude is driving customers away. If he's an employee, he should be fired. If he's the owner, good luck keeping the business alive with that kind of behavior. I won't be coming back, and I’ll make sure others know...

Cheap Ice cream. You get what you buy. Big portion minus the flavor and a sour aftertaste. Cheesecake was flavourless, oreo was not Oreo tasting, lion was way too old for consumption as crunchy parts were mushy. dulche de leche was ok. Just that. I expect you can find better ice cream flavours in other places. Perhaps the place next door? Or kiosk with kalise Ice cream was way better that. Wouldn't recommend it besides the lines outside this store don't get fooled. Churros smelled nice but you can't go wrong there, it's ready made dough which you fry. So again don't get fooled by their long lines isn't...

The location appears to be great and the long queue invites you to think their product is the best in town, when in reality they're just slow. When we got there, there were TWO vendors preparing ONE bubble ice cream. LOL.

The taste of the ice cream is mediocre at best - I found a total of two chocolate chips on my "mint chocolate ice cream" scoop, and the cones were nothing special either.

Worst part of it was the customer service. If I'm paying almost €5 for two scoops, the least I can expect is a nice treatment.
