We chose to dine at this restaurant as we are staying at the Tigaiga Hotel. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The waiter greeted us in Spanish, which was fine, but then continued asking questions in Spanish that we didn’t understand. When we struggled to follow, he became visibly irritated. We picked a table that wasn’t yet prepared but had a nice view, and from that moment the waiter seemed even more annoyed, rolling his eyes at us. Feeling uncomfortable, we decided just to order drinks and then leave, but when we told him, he became dismissive, gesturing with his arms and insisting we could only pay later. Read moreThe restaurant is located inside a beautiful garden. The waiters were fast and attentive. Unfortunately, the Tigaiga salad had almost no dressing, whereas the Papas Arrugadas had almost too much salt on them. The Iberico pork was nice and tasty, but had a tad too much fat on it for my taste.
I wanted to treat myself for my birthday and chose this restaurant because of the good reviews. In the end, for me it wasn't a bad experience at all, but given the rather high prices I felt that the value for money just wasn't there so I can't give more...
