Mixed feelings. Arrived last week for our honeymoon and got the warmest arrival, a little drink and flowers! The gardens are beautiful, the rooms are super clean, we felt really welcomed. The pool is clean, warm and there’s always space. Leaving today, disappointed. Twice, some member of the staff at the breakfast/a-la-carte restaurant approached us in a very disrespectful way. Making us move tables without explanations (!), rushing us in front of other people, taking our things without asking - why not ask us/me politely? Rude! I felt very much disrespected and got upset today. I worked myself for 7 years in bars and restaurants, that is no way to treat people. You can have 1 bad day, but not several times. Also the breakfast could be improved (some of the cold meats tasted poor, serving canned pineapple is just no good and we also had black dirt on some peppers) and be prepared that 90% of the guests are German. We live in Ireland, I was born in Germany but my husband is French and does not speak German. Although we mentioned it several times, we were always and only approached in German. I ended up translating most of the time. Would I come back? Probably not.

When you wake up at 3:30 am to catch your plane, you appreciate being welcomed with a smile and efficiency: that was the start of our experience. Then, we benefited from a room upgrade with an outstanding view on Teide and on the sea in a room on a high floor. Most of the staff was nice and professional with managers actually willing to bring satisfaction to their customers. Oddly enough, a very few people amongst the staff would never greet us. On the other hand, we particularly appreciated seeing members of the founding family wishing us Happy New Year and concerned by our wellbeing. I'd like to mention how great was handled the December 31st party: classy service, very nice meal perfectly cooked with high quality products. The area is very nice with a beautifully laid-out garden and large swimming pool. The location is very convenient for visiting Tenerife in northern region and its picturesque villages and magnificent parks. In short, a very good address for a relaxing week in excellent conditions.

If you’re looking for a resort hotel that combines old-world charm with the kind of care only a family-owned property can provide, this is it. While the hotel itself is older, you would never know it; it’s clear that every corner of the property has been lovingly maintained and updated. The grounds are immaculate and park-like, and the attention to detail is evident everywhere you look. What really sets this place apart, though, is the service. The staff is warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to making your stay memorable. Cleanliness is another standout feature—everything from the rooms to the common areas is spotless. It’s the kind of clean that reassures you they take pride in the property and in your comfort. This is the kind of resort where you can relax knowing everything is taken care of, whether you’re lounging by the pool or enjoying a meal. It’s a place with heart, and it’s perfect for anyone who values great service, a welcoming atmosphere, and a sense of timeless hospitality.

The room was wonderful, the beds were so comfortable and the location was spot on for everything we wanted to do. However, I toggled between giving it a 3 star or 4 star. First I will say almost all of the staff was AMAZING! Especially the ladies at reception. My only issue with staff, that threw off my experience was with one of the managers Yeray. On my birthday, we were heading out to dinner but i was alittle hungry so i decided to go to the buffet for something to hold me over before the resturant. There was some confusion on what was included with our package (mainly because of the language barrier as much workers only spoke spanish) but instead of confirming with the reception or pulling me to the side away from guests. He ran after me saying I needed to pay for my bill very loudly (which was 3 slices of fresh baguette and butter). It was so embarrassing, we travel alot and I've never experienced anything like this. At the end it was removed from our bill and the other manager apologized (kind of) the next day but it left a bad taste in my mouth, especially because I am a person of colour and there's already a negative connotation there. In addition, the manager who embarrassed me, didn't even make any effort to apologize to me. ||Now for the BUT. If you are a person of colour (Black), I would probably choose a different hotel. Nothing wrong with being the ONLY black people there but we got non stop stares. At first I was like ok, 99% of the guests were older Europeans, so maybe they just were intrigued. But it was VERY uncomfortable. It was like they've never seen a POC before. They would stare while me and my husband ate, walked around, went out to the balcony. And it wasn't just a glance, it was an over extended amount of time. All in all, it wasn't enjoyable to be around the other guests if that's the type of trip you're looking to have. The reason I did keep it at 4 stars was because everything was perfect otherwise. VERY clean, VERY organized, good tasting food (although redundant at times) and for what we came here for (a place to sleep and to be central to all of our attraction), it was a great...

Everything from the very warm welcome by the staff who were very soft spoken and guided us very nicely, to the amazingly clean rooms and very ample in size, the bathroom was super clean and quite big too and we loved the superb breakfast spread and the whole staff was so welcoming and nice there too. The swimming pool is amazing too and the gardens are so well maintained. They even got us a nice Berries juice by the poolside. The property is really very very well maintained. It shows the owners run it very nicely and take care of their staff as well as their guests very well!! I will recommend this hotel to all and will surely return again!! The location is very prime too, in the middle of nature, There is ample parking available just 2 mins away from the hotel and if there isn't, you can park inside the hotel's Gated Parking for 7€ a day. Our 2 year old Daughter was so sad because she didn't want to leave the Hotel and Go back home, they made her feel so special there!! We went to Tenerife to Take our daughter to Loro Park and it's literally 5-6 mins by car from the hotel. There is the La Villa Mall also 5 mins away where you get everything you may need including an Alcampo Supermarket and restaurants are plenty nearby the hotel. The hotel itself has a very famous restaurant that is open till 10:30 or 11 in the night and has a...
