Las Maravillas Tapas — Restaurant in Ronda

Surely 10 out of 10!!! (Price, taste, hospitality, location) I love all the dishes that I have ordered! There is no waiting time and the whole restaurant just look clean, new and cozy! My favorite dish is the one in videos! Just look how tender the meat is and the taste is just amazing. The hummus with pig stomach is also really nice! I love organ meat and I love how difficult to deal with it because organ meat comes with strong smell. But this one, does not smell anything at all. It just tastes really nice and the meat is very chewy! If you like burger, then you must try the mini burger. The beef is not dry at all, but very tender and juicy! Besides, I don’t like onions and cilantro’s and they also offer the services to customize it according to your own preferences! I could not say anything about tuna tataki because my boyfriend ordered it. He said it is really good! Besides, I really love their sangria. I always order Sangria wherever I go in Spain. En visite à Romda, nous nous sommes assis en terrasse et nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement par un Monsieur plus qu’agréable et avec le sourire. Le service a été absolument impeccable.

Niveau menu, ce sont des produits de qualité. Nous avons pris une paella pour 2 et un pave de saumon avec du riz. Celui-ci était cuit avec délicatesse et était un bon morceau! Je me suis régalée!

En ce qui concerne La paella; mon mari et ma fille ont tellement aimé que nous sommes revenus le soir même ( cette fois-ci à l’intérieur) pour en reprendre une mais cette fois-ci pour 3. Delicieuse, douce avec tout ce qu’il fallait.

Pris en charge par une demoiselle charmante et agréable le soir, service toujours aussi impeccable.

Honnêtement, nous sommes restés 3 semaines en Espagne et la nourriture que nous avons goûté à L’as maravillas est de loin, mais vraiment de loin la meilleure que nous ayons goûté!!

L’addition était plus qu’honnête! ( et ça aussi durant 3 semaines, cela a été rare!)
